MANAGEMENT OF PROTECT MEDICAL
Antonio Ciardella
Antonio oversees all business development and supply chain activities in Spencer and Promeba, with a clear goal in mind: adding even more value to the ems and safety industries through innovation and high product performance.
Prior to joining Spencer, Antonio worked in a first aid team and was involved in many rescue operations. He still acts as an advisor and expert in various Ems trainings, such as BLS (Basic Life Support), SET (Spencer Extrication Technician) and PTLS (Pediatric Trauma Life Support).
Antonio has been a member of the Protect Medical Executive Board since 2020 and took over as Chairman together with Andreas Harms in January 2024.
Andreas Harms
Andreas founded PAX in 1994 in his parents garage with the clear goal in mind to create and manufacture the best EMS products for the former colleagues in the EMS.
As a former Paramedic he learned to focus on the important strategies and to rely on team play to get the best results.
Using his expertise and experience of the EMS market Andreas will use his entrepreneur approach to grow PMH.
Andreas has been a member of the Protect Medical Executive Board since 2023 and took over as Chairman together with Antonio Ciardella in January 2024.
